BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro Launched at ₹74.50 Lakh — Luxury Meets Performance

The BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that delivers 258 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The motor is tuned to offer a strong balance between performance and everyday usability, while the xDrive all-wheel-drive system ensures confident traction across varying road conditions.

The BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro has officially arrived in India, expanding the X3 lineup with a new petrol-powered derivative. Priced at Rs. 74.50 lakh (ex-showroom), the luxury SUV is locally assembled and bookings are now open across the country. It joins the existing X3 variants already on sale.

Under the hood, it is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that develops 258 hp and 400 Nm of torque, enabling a 0–100 kmph sprint in just 6.3 seconds. The engine is paired with an eight-speed Steptronic automatic transmission and is supported by 48-volt mild-hybrid technology, which enhances throttle response, improves efficiency and ensures smoother start-stop operation.

Visually, the SUV stands out with a more aggressive design. A large illuminated kidney grille takes centre stage at the front, flanked by adaptive LED headlamps with cornering and high-beam assist. Blacked-out exterior accents, red M Sport brake callipers, aerodynamic styling elements and standard 20-inch alloy wheels further enhance its sporty character.

Dimensionally, the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro measures 4,755 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width and 1,660 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,865 mm – making it among the most spacious offerings in its class. Design cues such as flush door handles, sculpted wheel arches, roof rails and a gloss-black rear diffuser contribute to its sporty character along with split LED tail lamps.

On the inside, the cabin gets a driver-centric layout highlighted by a curved dual screen setup combining a 12.3-inch digital cluster and a 14.9-inch infotainment display. Premium features include a Sensatec-wrapped dashboard, customisable head-up display, ambient lighting accents, a panoramic glass sunroof, ventilated sport seats, a Harman Kardon 15-speaker audio system and a digital key.

It also boasts advanced driver-assistance features such as active cruise control, lane-keeping support and automated parking functions. Meanwhile, intelligent all-wheel-drive hardware, adaptive suspension and multiple terrain aids enable stable handling across varied conditions. Speaking on the new launch, Hardeep Singh Brar, President and CEO, BMW Group India said,

“The BMW X3 has always been the definitive choice for those who seek a perfect blend of luxury and versatility. With introduction of the new BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro, we are taking that legacy to an enhanced level of performance and presence. Power attracts power, and the new X3 30 delivers exactly that pairing a more aggressive engine with refined luxury to create a truly spirited driving experience.”
